Dakota was excellent! He was able to fix my problem with our air conditioner. He explained everything thoroughly and in a way that I would understand. They have a very fair price for their yearly service so we also signed up for that to ensure the problem doesn’t arise again. They were also very quick to get me an appointment. I called yesterday and Dakota was here this morning which I appreciated so much!!

Travis came out to look at my basement HVAC unit. He quickly diagnosed the issue (outside unit compressor), showed me exactly what was broken and fixed that specific issue at a reasonable price. He covered the whole problem with me and we then discussed a maintenance plan, which I had been looking into. The plan is VERY reasonable for two visits a year for both units. Great service. It impressed me enough to take out the maintenance contract!

Travis came out and took care of me the same day I requested service! My unit is on its last legs, close to 30 years old. Travis was professional and took the time to explain everything all while doing a very through inspection to get my unit up and running. The process to schedule a time was quick and easy, all online. I got a text when he was on his way and showed up on time. Great user experience and now my house is cooling off. Travis is #1

Our AC broke during this ridiculous heat wave. We got a quote from our usual HVAC company we use at a whopping $16k + $3k for a dual zone thermostat. I called this company and they came out the same day to inspect the situation (much more thoroughly than my previous guy) and quoted me an extremely fair price, and didn't recommend dual zone because of the way our home is set up, saving us more money on something that wouldn't even work for us. He said he had a lot of work this week but still managed to squeeze us in within 2 days. They just finished, and my home is finally cooling down. I am super grateful and highly recommend them.

From the time I spoke with Charity, and technician Darrin initially came out to look at the issue, and until the completed install by Dakota, they were all professional, kind, and understanding.
